Backyard Fun...

Storyboards...

I just love storyboards and the stories they create when photos are laid out in a series!! These look fabulous as framed 10x20 prints and can be hung together with other images in a wall display collection. You can check out other wall display idea's here:

Family...

I had such fun yesterday morning with a fantastic family! The weather was perfect and these kids were just wonderful - and cute to boot!! Here's a sneak peek:

Mine...

I took advantage of the nice weather the other day and got some shots of my guys in their new hats!! I also got to play with my new 70-200 lens!! Can't wait for wedding season to get into gear to pull out all my equipment!

Going Digital...

After much personal debate, I have finally decided to offer digital packages along with my current packages.
Like many other photographers, this was a difficult decision for me because of the various qualities of home printers as well as retail printers. All of my photos are colour corrected based on the specifications of my professional lab.
I've seen some of my photos printed at retail chains and let me tell you - it's not pretty!! I love my work too much to see it diminished by terrible printing!

Expecting...

I had the opportunity this morning to meet Mr. S and his family. They are expecting baby # 2 in June and we had some fun capturing the belly! Here is a sneak peek:

I was so lucky this afternoon to meet Miss A and her wonderful family! I have to say, I think she was the quietest and most laid back baby I've had the chance to photograph. Here's a sneak peek:

Kung Fu...

So, I learned today that I am no competition for Kung Fu Panda!! Mr. H did a great job this morning - so full of fun!! But in the end, that big panda was calling! Here's a sneak peek:

Stories...

My favorite thing after a session is finished is coming home, downloading the images to my computer and looking through all the moments that I've captured. These images tell a fantastic story which is easy to see when you look at them all together.

So, I've decided to revamp my website galleries to convey people's stories. I think the impact of multiple images, shown together, is greater and conveys more emotion. Not to say that a single image can't tell it's own story!

I love the way the galleries have come together and I will be alternating each families story as I get to capture more moments. I've also added some my favorites in their own gallery and will continue to add more and more.

Mr. G... one year later!

I've been so fortunate over the past few weeks to go back and see how some of "my" newborns have grown. Mr. G has turned into such a fun and friendly guy!! Here's a sneak peek from yesterday's session:

Happy Miss A...

I had so much fun this morning meeting Miss A and her family. She is one of the happiest 6 months old I've had the opportunity to meet and even put up with multiple outfit changes!! I think they've got a model in the making!! Here's a sneak peek:

I was so looking forward to this session this morning!! I got to come back and see Mr. Z who I last saw when he was only about 7lbs! Man, has he grown into the sweetest guy!! Such a charmer, who by the way, gave the best reaction to my sheepskin rug!! Here's a sneak peek:

8 weeks...

I found a great way to spend a Monday morning - hanging out with one of the happiest 8 week old boys I've had the chance to meet. Mr. C was so much fun and put up with all of our idea's. Here's a sneak peek:
